Any access and/or use of the www.artisanat-shop.com website implies compliance with all the provisions of these general terms and conditions and their acceptance. They therefore constitute a contract between Craft & Stuff and the User/Client.
Definitions
Client: means any natural person who is acting for purposes that are not part of their commercial, industrial, craft or liberal activity, who is at least 18 years old and who has ordered at least once on the Site. The Customer has an Artisanat-shop.com customer account.
Identifier: means the e-mail address necessary to identify a User on the Site to access his account.
Password: means the succession of characters which the User must keep secret and which allows him, with his Username, to access his account.
Site: www.artisanat-shop.com
User: means any person using the site www.artisanat-shop.com or one of the services offered on it.
Identified User: means any person using the website www.artisanat-shop.com or any of the services offered on it and having an Craft & Stuff account.
Conditions of access and use of the Site
The Site is accessible free of charge to any User with Internet access.
The User is responsible for his computer equipment as well as for his access to the Internet. All costs relating to access to the Site remain the responsibility of the User/Customer.
The User will be able to access his account only after identification with his Username and Password. The User is obliged to keep his Username and Password secret and must not communicate them to a third party.
Craft & Stuff will do its utmost to ensure 24/7 access to the Site, but cannot be held responsible for any problem or malfunction of the Site that would prevent access to the Site and/or the various services offered by Artisanat-shop.com. Artisanat-shop.com will do its best to solve any problem as soon as possible.
Creation of an account
The User has the possibility to create an account on the site if he wishes to access and benefit from the following services/offers
access the "MY CART" page and/or add an item to the wish list;
access the gift card page and activate a gift card;
access and activate a promo code associated with a user account in the shopping cart;
set up an alert on a product and/or a brand;
place an order.
By creating an account, the User accepts the present GTC/CGV and our personal data protection policy.
The access to the services includes the subscription to the newsletters Artisanat-shop.com. The identified User has at any time the possibility to modulate the information he wishes to receive or to unsubscribe by clicking on the link provided for this purpose located at the bottom of each newsletter. This link is also accessible on the Site under the heading "My account".
The creation of an account on the Site is reserved for any natural person aged at least 18 years. Each User may create only one Craft & Stuff account.
All the fields in the account creation form must be filled in, except for those indicated as optional. Any failure to answer will result in the account not being created. All information provided by the User must be accurate. The Customer can fill in a telephone number of his choice: office and/or mobile and/or home.
When the User creates an account on the Site, he receives an e-mail of confirmation of account creation the same day. Artisanat-shop.com reserves the right to delete any account not respecting the present contractual conditions.
