We offer delivery services to Metropolitan France and across Europe, as well as to select countries, utilizing the following delivery methods:


Delivery in Europe

Chronopost: Home delivery with a signature within 3 to 5 working days.
Shipping costs are determined based on the total weight of your order and the delivery country, and offred for orders over 60€ purchase. 

Delivery in Metropolitan France

Colissimo: Delivery within 4 working days to your doorstep or postal box.
Pick-up at a relay point: Available for pick-up within 6 working days.
Chronopost: Home delivery with a signature within 48 hours.

Shipping costs are determined based on the total weight of your order and the delivery country, and offred for orders over 30€ purchase. 

Worldwide Delivery

european union countryWe deliver to the following countries via Express Mail Service (EMS), with a delivery time of 5 to 10 days: Australia, Canada, United States of America, New Zealand, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Senegal, Ivory Coast, Japan, Jordan, Kuwait, Switzerland. Home delivery is offered for orders over $200.

WHEN IS MY PACKAGE DISPATCHED ?

We hand over your package to the carrier after 24 hours, and the tracking number is sent via email.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I'M NOT AT HOME DURING DELIVERY?

The day before delivery, you will be informed by email and/or SMS of your delivery time slot. In case of absence, provide your instructions directly to the carrier: rescheduling, delivery to a pick-up point, postal box, or delivery to a secure location.

In case of absence and without your instructions, a delivery notice will be left in your mailbox: it will allow you to retrieve your package at a pick-up point near your address or provide details for scheduling a new delivery.

RETURN POLICY

To submit a return request, please send a request to https://en.artisanat-shop.com/contact. A reference and return instructions will be provided.

Please make sure to mention the return number on the packaging or use the label we have provided. Then, return the item for exchange in an impeccable condition, i.e., without obvious signs of use and without traces, to the address indicated in the response to your return request.

Please note that exchange requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer for exchanges. However, if you received the wrong item, return costs will be covered by us (we will provide a transport label). The reshipment of the chosen new product will also be at our expense.

You have a period of 30 days from the receipt of your package to change your mind and return the products to us, in impeccable condition, with their original packaging. Beyond this period, we may still accept the exchange subject to storage fees and approval.
