These conditions exclusively concern individual non-commercial entities.
Pricing and Order:
Pricing:
- If the delivery address is within the European Union, all prices are indicated in euros, including taxes but excluding shipping costs (see Shipping and Delivery paragraph).
- If the delivery address is outside the European Union, all prices are indicated excluding taxes and shipping costs. The taxes of the destination country are not en.artisanat-shop.com's responsibility; the customer must adhere to their country's regulations and taxation.
The validity period of the prices of items offered on en.artisanat-shop.com is 24 hours from their publication on the website www.en.artisanat-shop.com. Items will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time of order registration. They remain the property of en.artisanat-shop.com until the full payment of the price by en.artisanat-shop.com. This price is payable in full.
Order
The order process is as follows:
1. Selection of items and adding to the cart.
2. Validation of the cart's content.
3. Identification on the website www.en.artisanat-shop.com if the Customer is not already identified.
4. Selection of the delivery method.
5. Selection of the payment method and acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions.
6. Payment validation.
The Customer can review the details of their order and its total price during these steps and correct any errors before confirming it to express acceptance. The Customer will receive an order confirmation email. en.artisanat-shop.com retains ownership of the items until the complete payment of the order, i.e., receipt of the order price by en.artisanat-shop.com. en.artisanat-shop.com reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a Customer with whom there is a dispute regarding the payment of a previous order or who presents any form of risk.
Every order implies acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the items available for sale. en.artisanat-shop.com undertakes to fulfill orders received on the website only within the limits of available stocks. In case of unavailability of one or more ordered items, en.artisanat-shop.com undertakes to inform the Customer as soon as possible and, if applicable, refund them no later than 14 days after the date on which they exercised their right of withdrawal. The Customer's order will then be automatically canceled.
en.artisanat-shop.com reserves the right to verify the personal data provided by the Customer and to take all necessary measures to verify that the person who placed the order is the account holder and/or user of the payment methods, in order to prevent identity theft or fraudulent payment.
Shipping and Delivery:
Excluding sale periods and loyalty offers reserved for Customers, any order placed on the en.artisanat-shop.com website before 4:00 PM from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be prepared and shipped within 24 hours, subject to payment validation (see Payment paragraph).
en.artisanat-shop.com undertakes to prepare and ship within 24 hours any order placed exclusively via Mondial Relay Pickup, Home Delivery, and Express and paid on the Site before 7:00 PM from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays), subject to payment validation (see Payment paragraph), by any Customer whose delivery address is in Europe and within 48 hours to other destinations.
en.artisanat-shop.com undertakes to deliver the items ordered and paid for by the Customer according to the following delivery methods and times:
Delivery in Metropolitan France:
- Colissimo tracking: 3 to 4 days from dispatch*, Monday to Saturday.
- Mondial Relay Pickup: 5 to 6 days from dispatch, Monday to Friday*.
- Chronopost: 48 hours from dispatch, Monday to Friday.
*Average observed delay.
Delivery to the European Union:
- Chronopost: 3 to 5 days from dispatch, Monday to Friday.
*The delivery to a relay point is free for orders over €30 (total amount of the cart at the bottom of the order summary page, after deducting any possible commercial discount, vouchers, promotional code, and Craft & Stuff gift card). Below this amount, delivery costs will be calculated based on the weight of the order, destination, and delivery method.
The Customer is responsible for checking the condition of the package(s) and the delivered item(s). Any package with apparent anomalies (damage, missing item compared to the order form, damaged package, open package, damaged item, etc.) at the time of delivery or when picked up by the Customer at the pickup point must be refused or, if accepted, subject to reservations with the carrier and a report to en.artisanat-shop.com.
In case of accepting the package, the Customer must report any anomaly within three (3) days following the date of delivery or pickup from the carrier and to en.artisanat-shop.com by contacting Customer Service.
Responsibility
en.artisanat-shop.com is automatically held accountable to the Customer for the proper execution of the contract entered into with the Customer.
However, en.artisanat-shop.com's liability cannot be invoked in case of non-fulfillment or inadequate execution of the contract due to force majeure, the occurrence of an event attributable to the Customer, or any unforeseeable and insurmountable inconvenience inherent in the use of the Internet network. This includes situations such as a service interruption, external intrusion, or the presence of computer viruses.
The en.artisanat-shop.com website includes hyperlinks to other websites. en.artisanat-shop.com cannot be held responsible for the content of these websites if they violate applicable legal and regulatory provisions.
Payment:
Payment methods:
Payment for purchases can be made by the Customer's choice:
- By credit card: Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Carte Bleue.
- By PayPal.
For credit card payments, the Customer's bank account will be debited upon shipment of the order. No cash refund will be made by en.artisanat-shop.com in case of return of one or more items paid with a gift card. The corresponding card will be automatically credited with the corresponding amount.
Payment validation:
Payment is validated upon receipt of additional information requested in the case of credit card payment requiring additional verification (See the Fight against credit card fraud paragraph).
Recording of bank details:
en.artisanat-shop.com offers the Customer the option to save their bank details to facilitate and expedite future purchases on the Site.
To do this, the Customer must:
- Settle their last purchase in euros and by credit card on the Site.
- Tick the box "Save my information for my future payments" on the credit card payment page.
- Enter their details (the bank details entered on the payment page are encrypted and secure).
- Validate the payment.
Once the payment is validated, the data related to delivery (address and delivery method), billing, and the credit card used are recorded. The Customer's bank details are not stored by en.artisanat-shop.com but by our payment service provider on secure servers.
The Customer can opt to save their bank details and choose to pay for future purchases in one click by credit card and in euros only on the Site without having to re-enter their bank details. However, the CVV code may be requested for security reasons at any time.
The Customer has the option to delete the bank details stored and/or add another credit card by clicking on the link provided for this purpose, accessible on the Site in the "My Payment Methods" section under "My Account." The Customer is then redirected to a secure page and can view the registered credit card(s) on the servers of our payment service provider.
en.artisanat-shop.com reserves the right to verify the personal data provided by the Customer and to take all necessary measures to verify that the person whose bank account is debited is the one who placed the order, to avoid any fraudulent payment. This verification may take
the form of a request for proof of identity and/or residence and/or bank details. The absence of a response following such a request within two (2) days from the request sent by en.artisanat-shop.com will automatically result in the cancellation of the order, without any possibility of appeal.
In case of non-compliance with the General Terms and Conditions or any suspicion of fraud, en.artisanat-shop.com reserves the right to cancel the Customer's order and suspend their account. In such a case, en.artisanat-shop.com will inform the Customer by email.
Credit card fraud prevention:
en.artisanat-shop.com implements all necessary means to ensure the confidentiality and security of data transmitted on the web and on the en.artisanat-shop.com website. As such, the en.artisanat-shop.com website uses a secure payment module type SSL (Secure Socket Layer).
In the context of the fight against Internet fraud, information related to orders placed on the Site may be transmitted to any third party for verification.
In this context, en.artisanat-shop.com may need to request additional information from the Customer, including proof of identity and/or residence, or bank details.
The Customer's order will be confirmed only after the verification mentioned above. If en.artisanat-shop.com does not receive the requested documents or receives documents deemed non-compliant, en.artisanat-shop.com reserves the right to cancel the order for security reasons.
en.artisanat-shop.com reserves the right to refuse an order if the Customer is in dispute over the payment of a previous order or if en.artisanat-shop.com has a legitimate reason to believe that the Customer presents a risk of default in payment.
Right of Withdrawal and Returns:
Right of withdrawal:
Pursuant to the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal from en.artisanat-shop.com without having to justify their reasons or pay a penalty, except for the cost of return.
To exercise their right of withdrawal, the Customer must notify en.artisanat-shop.com of their decision to withdraw by means of an unambiguous statement (e.g., letter sent by post or email) using the contact details provided at the bottom of the page.
In order to respect the withdrawal period, the Customer must send their communication relating to the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Effects of withdrawal:
In the event of withdrawal by the Customer, en.artisanat-shop.com will reimburse all payments received, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising from the choice of a delivery method other than the standard delivery method offered by en.artisanat-shop.com) without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which en.artisanat-shop.com is informed of the Customer's decision to withdraw.
en.artisanat-shop.com will proceed with the reimbursement using the same means of payment as the Customer used for the initial transaction, unless the Customer expressly agrees to a different means, in any case, this reimbursement will not incur any costs for the Customer.
en.artisanat-shop.com may defer the refund until recovery of the item(s) or until the Customer has provided proof of shipment of the item(s), whichever comes first.
The Customer must return the item(s) to en.artisanat-shop.com without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen (14) days after the communication of their decision to withdraw, to the address provided at the bottom of the page.
This deadline is deemed to have been met if the Customer returns the item(s) before the expiration of the fourteen (14) day period.
The return costs are the responsibility of the Customer.
The Customer is only responsible for the depreciation of the item(s) resulting from manipulations other than those necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and proper functioning of the item(s).
Return of defective item(s) or non-compliance:
en.artisanat-shop.com undertakes to reimburse or exchange items that are defective or do not correspond to the order. In this case, the Customer must return the item(s) to en.artisanat-shop.com at the address provided at the bottom of the page.
en.artisanat-shop.com will refund the Customer for the return costs (Colissimo return slip at the standard rate) if the Customer sends the package by Colissimo.
en.artisanat-shop.com cannot be held responsible for damage or loss of the package by the carrier when the Customer returns item(s).
Return procedure:
In the event of a withdrawal, the Customer must return the item(s) to en.artisanat-shop.com without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen (14) days after the communication of their decision to withdraw.
The item(s) must be returned in their original packaging, intact, accompanied by all accessories, instructions, and documentation. The Customer is responsible for providing proof of return.
The return costs are the responsibility of the Customer.
The Customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) and must take all necessary measures to ensure the proper packaging and protection of the item(s) during transportation.
en.artisanat-shop.com will not be liable for any damage or loss during the return of the item(s) by the Customer.
Personal Data:
Buyers accept the processing of their personal data, such as name, first name, home address, telephone number, as well as bank details (in the case of card payments or reimbursement), with the aim of ensuring efficient management of their experience.
Craft & Stuff collects and processes data relating to anyone associated with the business, whether a delivery person, a supplier, or any other entity, whether a natural or legal person. This information collection procedure is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Law 09-08, and an authorization request has been formally submitted to the National Commission for the Control of the Protection of Personal Data (CNDP), guaranteeing respect for your rights and your privacy.
Intellectual Property:
All elements of the en.artisanat-shop.com website, whether visual or audio, including the underlying technology, are protected by copyright, trademarks, or patents. They are the exclusive property of en.artisanat-shop.com.

Force Majeure:
en.artisanat-shop.com's performance of its obligations under these General Terms and Conditions shall be suspended in the event of the occurrence of a force majeure event that prevents or delays its execution.
en.artisanat-shop.com will notify the Customer of the occurrence of such an event as soon as possible.
If the suspension of en.artisanat-shop.com's obligations continues for more than 30 days, the Customer will have the possibility to cancel the current order, and en.artisanat-shop.com will proceed to reimburse the Customer using the means of payment used for the purchase.
Modification of the Service or the General Conditions of Sale
We reserve the right to modify our website, procedures, and terms and conditions, including these Terms and Conditions, at any time. Your acceptance of the terms and conditions, procedures, and Terms and Conditions in effect at the time of placing an order is implied, unless a change to those terms and conditions or these Terms and Conditions is mandated by an administrative or governmental authority. In such a case, that change may apply to previous orders you have placed. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is deemed invalid, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be considered separable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
Applicable Law and Disputes:
These General Terms and Conditions are subject to Moroccan law.
In the event of a dispute, the Customer and en.artisanat-shop.com will seek an amicable solution before any legal action.
If no amicable agreement is reached, any legal action relating to the interpretation, execution, or termination of the contract may be brought before the competent court under the conditions of common law.
