Shipping and Delivery

- Standard Home delivery: 4 to 5 days from shipping Monday to Friday *
- Relay Pickup Mondial Relay (Belgium, Spain, Luxemburg:) 5 to 7 days after shipment from Monday to Friday

Delivery outside the EU: Shipped from Morocco
- Home delivery national postal service: 10 to 12 days from dispatch from Monday to Friday *
- DHL EXPRESS : 48h to 72H from the shipment, from Monday to Friday.

The delivery is offered from 40€ in France and 60€ for the other European countries (total amount of the cart appearing at the bottom of the summary page of order, after deduction of any possible commercial discount, vouchers, promotional code and Artisanly gift card included). Below this amount, the delivery costs will be calculated according to the weight of the order, destination and delivery method.


The Customer is required to check the condition of the package(s) and item(s) delivered.

Once the payment is validated, the data related to the delivery (address and delivery method), the billing and the credit card used are recorded. The bank details of the Customer are not kept by but by our payment provider on secured servers.

The Customer can subscribe to the recording of his bank details and thus choose to pay his future purchases in one click by bank card and in euros only on the Site without having to inform again his bank details.

Shipment of the order exchange

If the Customer has chosen to drop off his return package in a Mondial relay point, or in a post office via Colissimo using the return label provided for this purpose, his exchange order will be shipped within 48 hours after the returned items are back in stock.

If the amount of the exchange order of the Customer is higher than the amount of his initial order, he will be able to pay the difference online by credit card or PayPal. The shipping of the exchange order of the Customer is conditioned by the validation of this payment.

If the amount of the exchange order of the Customer is lower than the amount of the initial order, will refund the difference:

     - in 7 days following the reception of his parcel by our warehouse if he deposited his parcel in a Mondial relay point by using the return label provided for this purpose,

The Customer has a period of 30 working days from the date of deposit of his return package to make any claim relating to his return.

The gift voucher is valid for one year from the date of issue of the gift card. It is neither breakable nor refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
