Delivery in Mainland France
Free for orders over €30
- Colissimo: Home delivery or to a mailbox within 4 business days.
- Pickup Point: Available for collection within 7 business days.
- Chronopost: Express home delivery within 48 hours, with signature required.
Delivery in Europe
Free for orders over €60
- Chronopost: Home delivery within 4 to 5 business days, with signature required.
- Pickup Point: Available within 7 business days (Germany, Austria, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal).
Special Case – EU Customers
In some cases, an item may be temporarily out of stock in our French warehouse but available in our main warehouse in Morocco.
In such cases, an additional delay of 10 business days is required for restocking before shipment.
This situation will always be communicated to you before final confirmation of your order so you can approve or adjust your purchase transparently.
Delivery Outside Europe
Delivery zones: United States, Canada, Senegal, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia
Orders to these countries are shipped from our main warehouse in Morocco, via EMS or Aramex.
- Delivery time: between 5 to 7 business days depending on the destination.
Shipping fees: Automatically calculated based on the total weight of your order and destination country.
Free delivery for orders over $200, or the equivalent in your local currency.
🕒 Parcel Dispatch
Your order is handed over to the carrier within 24h. A tracking number will be sent to you by email once the shipment is made.
❓ What if I'm not home at the time of delivery?
The day before delivery, you will receive an email and/or SMS with your delivery time slot.
If you're absent, you can:
- Reschedule the delivery
- Choose a pickup point
- Request delivery to a safe place or a mailbox
If no instructions are given, a delivery notice will be left. It will allow you to:
- Either collect your parcel from a nearby pickup point
- Or schedule a new delivery
