GENERAL TERMS OF USE

Any access to and/or use of the artisanat-shop.com website implies full compliance with these Terms and Conditions and their acceptance. They therefore constitute a binding contract between Artisanly and the User/Customer.

Definitions

  • Customer: Refers to any individual acting for purposes unrelated to their commercial, industrial, artisanal, or liberal professional activity, aged at least 18, and having made at least one purchase on the site. The Customer has an artisanat-shop.com account.

  • Username: Refers to the email address required to identify a User on the Site to access their account.

  • Password: Refers to a sequence of characters that the User must keep confidential, allowing them, along with their Username, to access their account.

  • Site: Refers to artisanat-shop.com

  • User: Refers to any person using the artisanat-shop.com website or any of its services.

  • Registered User: Refers to any person using the site and its services while possessing an Artisanly account.

Access and Use Conditions

The Site is freely accessible to any User with internet access.
The User is solely responsible for their computer equipment and internet access. Any costs related to accessing the Site are the responsibility of the User/Customer.

The User can only access their account after logging in with their Username and Password. They are responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential and must not share them with any third party.

Artisanly will make every effort to ensure the Site is accessible 24/7. However, it cannot be held liable for any issue or malfunction that may prevent access to the Site or its services. Artisanat-shop.com will strive to resolve any such issue as quickly as possible.

Account Creation

The User can create an account on the site in order to access and benefit from the following services and offers:

  • Access the gift card page and activate a gift card;

  • Apply a promo code linked to a user account at checkout;

  • Set up alerts for specific products and/or brands;

  • Place an order.

By creating an account, the User agrees to these Terms and Conditions and the Personal Data Protection Policy.

Access to services also includes subscription to the artisanat-shop.com newsletter. The registered User may, at any time, adjust their subscription preferences or unsubscribe by clicking the link provided at the bottom of each newsletter. This link is also available in the "My Account" section on the Site.

Account creation is reserved for individuals aged 18 or older. Each User may create only one Artisanly account.

All fields in the account creation form must be filled in, except those marked as optional. Failure to do so will prevent the account from being created. All information provided must be accurate. The Customer may provide a landline, mobile, or home phone number of their choice.

Upon creating an account, the User will receive a confirmation email on the same day. Artisanat-shop.com reserves the right to delete any account that does not comply with these contractual terms.
