Delivery & Return

We deliver to mainland France and throughout Europe using the following delivery methods:

Delivery in mainland France (Offered from 30€)

  • Colissimo: Delivery within 4 working days by hand or PO box
  • Pick-up at relay point: Pick-up available within 6 working days
  • Chronopost: Home delivery against signature within 48 hours.

Delivery to Europe (Offered from 45€)

  • Chronopost : Home delivery against signature within 3 to 5 working days.
  • Pick-up at relay point: Pick-up available within 6 working days (Germany, Austria, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands and Portugal)

Delivery to USA, Canada, Senegal, Switzerland, UAE, KSA 

  • EMS: Home delivery within 5 to 7 working days.

Shipping costs are determined based on the total weight of your order and the country of delivery.

WHEN WILL MY PACKAGE BE SHIPPED?

We hand over your package to the carrier after 24 hours, the tracking number is sent by email.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT HOME AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY?
The day before delivery, you will be informed by email and/or SMS of your delivery slot. In case of absence, send your instructions directly to the carrier: reschedule, delivery to a collection point, PO box, delivery to a safe place.

In case of absence and without instructions from you, a delivery notice will be left in your mailbox: it will allow you to collect your parcel from a collection point near your address or will give you the details to schedule a new delivery.

Return policy

To submit a return request, please send a request at https://artisanat-shop.com/contact . A reference and return instructions will be provided to you.

Please note the return number on the packaging or use the voucher we will have provided you. Then, return the item to be exchanged to us in perfect condition, i.e. without obvious signs of use and without traces, to the address indicated in the response to your return request.

Please note that exchange requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility for exchanges. However, if you have received the wrong item, the return shipping costs will be covered by us (we will provide you with a shipping note). Reshipping the new chosen product will also be our responsibility.

You have 30 days from the receipt of your package to change your mind and return the products to us, in perfect condition, with their original packaging. Beyond this period, we can still accept the exchange subject to storage costs and subject to acceptance.
