6. Delivery
Packages are shipped the same day for all orders placed before 12 noon (except Chronopost), and at the latest within 24 hours of the order being placed.
Artisanat-shop.com undertakes to deliver the items ordered and paid for by the Customer using the following delivery methods and times:
Delivery in mainland France:
• Colissimo tracking: 3 to 4 days from dispatch*, Monday to Saturday
• Mondial Relay Pickup Relay: 5 to 6 days from dispatch from Monday to Friday *
• Chronopost: 48 hours from dispatch, Monday to Friday.
Delivery to the European Union:
• Chronopost: 3 to 5 days from dispatch, Monday to Friday.

Delivery to a relay point is free for purchases over €30. Below this amount, delivery costs will be calculated according to the weight of the order, destination and delivery method.
DELIVERY TO HAVE YOUR ITEMS FOR CHRISTMAS:
- Mondial Relay : you have until 12/18 noon
- Colissimo: you have until 12/21 noon
- Chronopost: you have until 10 a.m. on 22/12
7. Exchanges
Returned item(s) must be new, unused and in their original box, perfectly intact.
Any exchange or return must be the subject of an exchange or return request via the page https://artisanat-shop.com/contact
The Customer may make only one return or exchange request online per order on the page https://artisanat-shop.com/contact .
If the Customer's order includes several items and he wishes to return more than one item, he must include in this return request all the references of the items he wishes to exchange or be reimbursed.
Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of the date of receipt of your order. For exchanges, return costs are the responsibility of the customer; reshipping the new chosen product is our responsibility.
Regarding refund requests: Strict application of the Hamon law of June 14, 2014: you have 14 days from receipt of your package to change your mind and return the product(s) to us in perfect condition with their packaging.
* Christmas gifts *
The exchange request deadline is exceptionally extended during the holiday season. For any purchase made within 30 days before Christmas, i.e. between November 24 and December 24, exchange requests will be accepted up to 14 days after Christmas, and only for size exchanges and not model changes. After January 8 inclusive, no exchange requests will be accepted.
8. Applicable law
These Terms of Use are subject to European law (with the exception of its conflict of law provisions), and the application of the Vienna Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded. You, as well as we, agree to submit all disputes arising from the business relationship between you and us to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the city of Tartu, which means that for the application of these General Terms of Sale.
9. Modification
We reserve the right to make changes to our Website, our procedures, and our terms and conditions, including these Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time. You are subject to the terms and conditions, procedures and Terms and Conditions of Sale in effect at the time you order a product from us, unless a change to those terms and conditions, or these Terms and Conditions of Sale is required by an administrative or governmental authority.
